Antique French Pink Opaline Tulip Vase

Rose pink opaline with a ruffled tulip rim, rising from a twisted stem in soft bulle de savon white, that soapy, faintly blue opalescent shade the old French glassmakers are loved for. Pink is one of the prettiest and most collectible opaline colors, and the hand-frilled edge and spiral stem are details you only find on the antique pieces. Soft, glowing, a little romantic. 19th century.
