RETURN & DAMAGE POLICY

All Sales Final — With Careful Exception

Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final. Each piece is carefully described and photographed to reflect its unique character and condition.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will gladly assist with a resolution.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photographs of:
    • The top and sides of the shipping box
    • The shipping label
    • The interior packaging
    • The damaged item itself

This documentation is required for both our records and carrier claims.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for refund
  • Items without sufficient photo documentation will not qualify
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements
